THE FAMILY photoS session EXPERIENCE
As a family portrait photographer who hates having her photo taken, I know that photo session time can be stressful. There are wardrobe choices to make, hair and/or makeup to consider, weather, location, the moods of all participants ;) The list goes on. But I ALSO know that family photos are important.
I strive to make every family session relaxed, fun, and playful. Family photos aren’t necessarily something everyone in the family looks forward to, I know! So let’s just hang out, and I’ll bring the camera. The best scenario is one where everyone feels comfortable and happy to be there and as a family photographer in Bend, Oregon, I know all the great places to explore. It’s my job to capture the smiles (and sometimes the tears) of your unique family.
We will work together to determine the ideal location for your family portraits. This might be at home, or in one of Bend’s gorgeous scenic areas. You may even decide that a studio setting is your preferrence. We will take our time, play, laugh, and get silly to get those natural smiles from the grumpiest toddler to the most sullen teen. You will have a wonderful variety of images to choose from and I will help you decide on which images to print for the wall or for a keepsake album.
If this is an extended family photo session, we will take the time to ensure multiple groupings and poses to highlight each and every part of the family dynamic. And I definitely won’t forget those candid moments in between!
